What is the return policy on items?


We offer a 30 Day "No Questions Asked" return policy on our products. To request a full refund on a return, within the alotted 30 days, the product must be in new condition and must be returned with all original packaging and accessories (if applicable)




Do you offer a warranty on purchased items?


12 Month Warranty The warranty period will run for 12 months from delivery date for the product; it DOES NOT include any damages made by the user. Lifetime Free User Support Any quesions about our product you are welcome to contact us and our user support specialist will be get back with you shortly. Limitations Our warranty is limited to all purchases made directly from GETPhoto.com. Unauthorized reselling of GetGear products mis strictly prohibited!




The product has a distinctive odor, what can I do about this?


Unfortunately due to the chemicals used to treat plastics and preserve fabrics along with airtight packaging and overseas shipping, your product may have a strong scent once the seal is broken. This is a universal problem and we advise that you allow your case to sit opened to get as much air and eliminate the smell. You can also use fabric sprays such as febreze. We are currently working on a solution and we will keep our loyal customers updated.




How long will it take to ship my item?


We ship all items by USPS and you should receive your product within 7-10 business days unless otherwise noted.




What if my purchase is not delivered?


Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable are not able to be re-shipped. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us. If you have not received your purchase within 7-10 business days, please feel free to contact us so we may track your package and/or issue a new delivery.




What if I change my order?


You may contact us directly if you need to change order information such as ship to or shipping details as long as it is not already in the shipping process. Most orders are processed as soon as it is received so please contact us as soon as notice the need to change information. Otherwise, your order will be shipped to the original address.
